Sundance Mall is Banff's first multi-level shopping mall. Covering a site area of about 14,000 square feet, the building comprises four floors. The lower floor is primarily retail with a British-style pub and an internet cafe all targeted at a younger crowd.
The main floor fronts Banff's main street and includes souvenirs, cafe, high-end fashion, jewellery, candy and sunglasses with a restaurant in the rear
of the building. The second floor is primarily office use while the third is fully residential. The mall has recently undergone a substantial facelift
and is now sports one of the finest looking frontages of any building in downtown Banff.
